What we collect
When you complete the Revenue Leak Assessment or contact us, we collect the details you choose to submit: business name, industry, team size, service area, the operational answers you provide, your email address, and optionally your phone number and website. We also store the score, plan and estimates generated from your answers.
Why we collect it
To produce your results, to follow up about the assessment you requested, and to improve the questions we ask. If you opt in to email updates, we may also send occasional notes about our services. We never sell your information.
Email consent
The marketing email checkbox in our assessment is unchecked by default and stays that way unless you check it. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or writing to Barron@trueforgeconsulting.com.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in our managed cloud database with access restricted to authenticated team members. Assessment progress you haven't submitted yet is saved locally in your own browser and never leaves your device until you submit.
Your choices
You can request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Barron@trueforgeconsulting.com and we'll action the request.
